Certified Instructor
Bill Parravano
Bill Parravano began his martial arts journey in 1990 with Judo at the University of Toledo, where he competed nationally and internationally. After a severe knee injury in 1998, his focus shifted toward healing and recovery—a path that led him to Systema in 1999. He immersed himself in the art, training extensively at the Toronto Headquarters under Vladimir Vasiliev, and earned his Instructor Certification in 2004. Since then, Bill has led Systema schools in Louisville, KY, Charleston, SC, and now Asheville, NC.
