 th between four and seven 15 minutes sessions per week has the most health
  benefits!\n 	Due to the fluctuating nature of a wood fired sauna\, temper
 atures can vary greatly especially in winter. The sauna averages 130F\, bu
 t can get as high as 150F.\n 	Bill says: "In the 130-140F range\, it provi
 des a great sweat and after 3 sessions with cold water dousing or ice bath
 s in between and I'm done for the day"\n 	The sauna seats 6-7 people comfo
 rtably\n\n\nGuidelines and Notes (please read)\n\n 	Once here\, please reg
 ister inside at the counter (a sign in form and waiver. You can save time 
 and fill out the waiver before hand here) Sauna is on a first come\, first
  serve basis\n 	Safe practices say to take 15 min rounds\, then take at le
 ast a 15 minute break to cool down before going back in. Most importantly 
 listen to your body and how it feels.\n 	STAYING HYDRATED IS A MUST\n 	We 
 limit sauna use to those 18 and older (unless under strict parental superv
 ision\, thanks)\n 	Bring your own towels (2 hand towels\, one to sit on\, 
 one to wipe sweat)\, and a large one to dry off with after dousing/wrap in
  to keep warm between sessions\n 	You must sit on a towel at all times whi
