I attended Bill’s Systema Seminar “Stepping to Heal” and it delivered results! My body became more balanced overall, making ALL movement easier. BONUS: the chronic pain in my right shoulder disappeared! It was definitely worthwhile and I would highly recommend his seminars to anyone.
