- Wear comfortable clothes (like shorts/sweats and and t-shirt) or your Gi
- Ladies please wear modest clothes. We don’t want your “goods” on display, thanks!

Refunds are not offered. If you are unable to attend you can either give your registration to someone else or use the credit towards future Asheville Systema events.

- Get off I-26 at the Jupiter Exit (Exit 15) - Take a left off the exit and your first right at Old Mars Hill Hwy (Just after the underpass
- Go about a mile after the slow curve and as you see the Blue Ridge Biker Church on your right, you’ll come to our driveway on the LEFT (on Old Mars Hill Highway), beside the Sovereignty Lab/Knee Pain Guru Sign/The Comella Foundation
- We have a PULL-THRU Driveway. Park down at the bottom, pulling forward to allow for any other cars that come in to get behind you, without blocking the driveway.
- Come on in, or Ring the doorbell and we’ll be with you shortly!
From Johnson City:
- Get off I-26 at the Fork of Ivy Exit (Exit 13)
- Take a right off the exit and your first left on Old Mars Hill Hwy
- DO NOT TURN ONTO LOCUST GROVE RD AT THE SPLIT, KEEP GOING past the sign Blue Locust Grove Baptist Church Sign on your right. You will also see the Blue Ridge Biker Church on your left
- JUST PAST the Biker Church you’ll see the Sovereignty Lab/Knee Pain Guru Sign/The Comella Foundation on the RIGHT on Old Mars Hill Highway, turn into our driveway on the right just past the sign.
- We have a PULL-THRU Driveway. Park down at the bottom, pulling forward to allow for any other cars that come in to get behind you, without blocking the driveway.
- Come on in, or Ring the doorbell and we’ll be with you shortly!
PARKING: Parking will be at the top (when you first turn in) and at the bottom of our driveway (we have space for 6-8 vehicles – DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY… Our driveway is a pull through driveway so you will be able to pull forwards to drive out. Overflow parking will be across the street at Blue Ridge Biker Church or along the right side of the road as you exit our driveway.
